  • What kind of needles do you use?
    We use disposable needles, the thinnest of all, about the thickness of a hair. We also take every precaution to disinfect and ensure hygiene during treatment.
  • Does acupuncture hurt?
    Acupuncture at our clinic is almost painless. The needles are not inserted any deeper than necessary, and are tailored to your physical condition on that day. Treatment is possible at a depth of just 1 to 2 mm, stopping at the skin.
  • I would like to receive treatment, but I don't know which treatment is best for me. Can I ask for advice?
    it's okay. When you visit our clinic, we will explain your symptoms and condition and discuss with you what treatment is best for you, so please don't worry.
  • What kind of clothes should I wear?
    Generally, everyday clothing is fine, but please refrain from wearing clothes that are too tight or that do not directly reveal the areas of concern. (Example: My knee hurts → Wear clothes that can be rolled up to show my knees) (Example: Problems around the shoulders or neck → Wearing clothes that hide the neck, such as turtlenecks or T-shirts with tight necklines)
  • Is there anything I should be careful about after treatment?
    There are no side effects, so you may continue living your life as usual after treatment, but please avoid excessive drinking and strenuous exercise as much as possible. In rare cases, you may feel heavy.
  • Can it be used in conjunction with a hospital?
    Yes, it is okay. Please inform your insurance company that you will be visiting our hospital.
  • I am currently attending another osteopathic clinic, is it possible to transfer to another clinic?
    Of course it's okay. Some patients transfer to other hospitals because their symptoms do not improve or because they find it difficult to travel due to time constraints, so please feel free to let us know. In this case, it will be smoother if you inform the insurance company that you will be transferring to another hospital.
  • How long will it take?
    It depends on the symptoms and the area of injury, so it is difficult to give a definite answer. As a rough guideline, on your first visit you will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire, undergo tests, and talk to us, so we would like to allow you to be there for about an hour. We operate by appointment only, so there is no waiting time.
  • What kind of treatment do you provide?
    Depending on the patient's symptoms and physical condition, we will provide treatment using techniques and therapeutic equipment. We don't do things like an assembly line, but provide thorough treatment for each patient.
  • Is there a parking space?
    There is both a car park and a bicycle parking area, so please feel free to come.
  • Can I pay by other means than cash?
    Currently, PayPay (LINE Pay) can be used.
  • Can I use health insurance?
    It can be used, but the scope of its use is limited. For more information, please read the insurance coverage for your treatment.
